Right now I can drop a course with a grade of "W" until October 30, beyond that there's a point of no return. I'm taking physics, biology, Composition 2, and a few other classes. It's my sophomore year and i've already done some tough stuff (got a B in Gen Chem 1 & 2) but PHYSICS is just incredibly counter intuitive for me; unfortunately it's a requirement for my future career (veterinarian); Here's what I want to do; get a Withdrawal for "Meat Science" [another class i'm taking' which is quite involved, involves mass memorization, ect... and really conflicts with Physics/Biology]; Understand this would be the only "W" I'd ever allow myself to get; and the only reason I'd want it would be to allow my mental resources to be devoted to Physics, and courses that apply to my major, (Meat Science sounded sort of related to becoming a veterinarian; but I find it unbearably dry to boot); Under this circumstance, and if for example the veterinarian admissions board questioned me on my "W" would I have a good excuse? Should I get a withdrawal for meat science?

Recently, I've thought more about becoming a veterinarian. I'm a senior in high school and I've decided that I don't want to stress myself out and my parents by going to prestigious 4 year schools and not know what I'm doing. Is it a bad idea to start at a junior college and take some courses and see that veterinary medicine is right for me and transfer to a state school for the rest of the bachelor degree or should I figure out right now what I want? If you want to be an equine vet or only treat specific types of animals, to become a veterinarian, are you still required to learn about all the animals in vet school?
I'm thinking of getting my GED next year and going straight to college. There's only one problem, though: I don't know if I can be a veterinarian with only a GED. I want to become a veterinarian. I've seen the class requirements for the pre-vet stuff, so can I just take those classes online? I feel like it'd be easier.
I got my BA degrees in Health Admin. & Policy about a year ago and for awhile now I've been looking into applying to grad school so that I can make a career with helping animals. What is the best path? I don't know if I can make it into the Vet program because my GPA is exactly the Vets schools minimum requirement and I hear it is extremely competitive, but is there anyway I can still help myself into getting into the program?
At present I'm a high school senior who will be attending a high quality state institution of higher education in the fall of 2009. I'm planning to pursue a B.S. (and possibly a M.S. through a 5 year program) in Wildlife and Fisheries Sciences. I'm a bit at a loss for ideas of actual careers that I might discover with this type of degree, but one idea I've had is that of a wildlife veterinarian or veterinarian specializing in zoological medicine. I love animals, especially wild animals, and their ecology. I have always been fascinated by natural history and elements of environmental science, and feel that these traits along with the desire for a well paying career would make a wildlife vet. a good choice. However it must be noted that I've never been big on anatomy (particularity human, though my experiences with animal dissection in H.S. Freshman Biology were not especially positive), I'm not "into" micro or cellular biology, I dislike chemistry based on my previous experiences in that science, nor can I cut in a straight line. Therefore, is this career field even worth my consideration, or should I simply toss it aside as something I would find VERY challenging and not enjoy? Is it likely that some of my prejudices against some of the core elements of Vet. science will change upon entering college? And finally is obtaining a degree in wildlife at face value (meaning taking the courses that interest me that will meet requirements) a better route then pursuing the pre-vet program with my final goal in mind?

Hey all, Well here's the thing. I'm interested in getting a degree in biology so I can work as a wildlife biologist or as my dream job in a zoo- we'll see what happens! I'm going to have to move away for that though, which is fine, but as I get older I'd like to move back home again and the job prospects for a veterinarian are much more favorable. If I was to get my degree in biology to fulfill the requirements for the wildlife biologist/zoo job, would it be that hard to go back to school to be a veterinarian or is that a WHOLE other curriculum? I would like to become an exotic veterinarian, like one who works at the zoo part time and one who works at a practice for people's pets part time. What school would I need to go to, and what course requirements would I need? I know that it would be insane to try to work on a large number of animals at the zoo, but like...say I specialized in big cats, at the zoo, what would I need? And if I worked with sugar gliders, ferrets, rats, etc...in the seperate practice. Is there a seperate veterinary school, or simply seperate course requirements?

That will be 4 years by now. Will the ones in charge of the Gun Laws, the bail bondsman I talk to in Nevada or the psychist from the bounty hunting hiring process let or help me buy that gun a year early. Is there something that can do here?

For the state of Florida, it says you can only call yourself a surety agent or something and can't refer to yourself as a bounty hunter, bail enforcemnt agent, etc. and you need to register with the state, and others. As I might be in another state while I do this work, I would like to do it as a second job after my military career. Ok I've been quite interested in this for a while and have a few questions still......How many courses(and what kind) ect do you have to take before you can become one..(I do know you also have to go through the Dept of Insurance as well)....How long do these things take?.....And beside from the money you spend on the courses ect, as long as you're not working for yourself "professionally" do you ever have have to put forth your own money?
And finally how much does one normally make in this career??

I work as a temporary bail bond agent in the state of Florida. In order to become permanent agent I have to go through 1 year apprenticeship under a bail agent. My boss is going to have me sign a non-compete form in order to prevent me from quitting after my year is up and opening my own business.
I want to know, can this form really prevent me from quitting after I get my license and opening my own business in the same county? Or is this form really just meant to erase the thought about me opening my own business. I have worked for 2 other bondsman, so he wouldnt have taught me everything about the business. Also, how long are they effective, if it can be used against me.
I also have spent my first 6 months at the other 2 bonding agencies, so I only have another 6 months left of apprenticeship at this one.

I work as a bail bondsman in the state of florida. Unfortunatley we are over regulated down here. We are not allowed to wear a badge even if all it says is "surety agent" I normally wouldnt have a problem with it, but when going into bad neighborhoods, which I ended up doing recently, it seems to keep you out of trouble with the locals. My partner carries one, as he didn't seem to know he couldnt and has had it in the open when talking to officers.
I have asked my boss, and she says that although we arent allowed to by florida statute most bondsman wear them when making an arrest in the ghetto because it deffinatley helps us from getting shot at, so we dont look like just some white guy chasing a black guy through the ghetto ( You can see how that can become a problem).
Do you think law enforement would really arrest someone for doing something like this with in a bad neighborhood even if the badge says surety agent. Would it be a fine or a prison term?
Are there better ways to identify oneself as a bail bondsman?

Ok, I spoke with my boss and am wondering what you think on this. She says that the badge can still be used as long as it says surety agent, and what that statute means is that if you use the badge and go around saying you are a cop THAN you will get in trouble. It doesnt state anything in the statutes on a badge, even security gaurds were them. Any thoughts on her words?

I'm interested in finding out exactly what it would be like to be a bail bondsman. How do they come up with the credit line to cover the bonds they place. I realize the family (or whoever) puts up the 10% but what if the "perp" jumps bail? Where does the bail bondsman come up with the extra money? For the state of Florida, it says you can only call yourself a surety agent or something and can't refer to yourself as a bounty hunter, bail enforcemnt agent, etc. and you need to register with the state, and others. As I might be in another state while I do this work, I would like to do it as a second job after my military career. Well I am becoming a Bail Bondsman I already applied for a license. Sometimes though it can take up to 6 months to get it. I could get a job but I hate to just work for someone and then quit you know like 3 months later? Besides they might not like that. 57 of them just approved Capp Sustein as the Regulatory czar. Yes I know they aren't really czars. They are "Special Advisers".

Capp has said he thinks animals should be represented by a human lawyer in court. GAWD forbid the steer I'm raising to eat doesn't want to die and takes me to court.
Capp thinks it should be a requirement that everyone be an organ donor. I'm an organ donor. But it's by MY choice not some clown in DC's choice.
Capp thinks the 2nd amendment is irrelevant and has no place in today's society. I live ten miles out in the country. If someone breaks in while I'm home does Capp really think they are going to wait for the sheriff to arrive? I don't. That's why I have a Beretta.

Since in live in the US, it's more difficult for me to work primarily in Europe, but I was wondering - if someone were to become an International Lawyer, they would have to have a home somewhere, right? So could someone live in a country without working there? Like, for instance, say I become an international lawyer. I'd be travelling all the time, so I'm wondering if it would be possible for me to apply for citizenship in France/England/Germany/Spain, because I think one of the requirements is that you do not travel within a specific time period, and I obviously wouldn't be able to do that...would someone be able to purchase a home there without having citizenship, or is there some way for be to become a citizen without having that no-travel requirement?
Law has always been an interest of mine and well I would really like to become a lawyer. What are the requirements? How difficult is it? Im 24 right now am I too old?
Can I get a degree in anything or does it have to be something like political science?

Should the requierments to become president be more then they are? Should that change? i think a presidental candidate should be required to have served in the U.S. military, have a degree in economics and foriegn affairs. As well a masters in political science. I think it should be a hard job to get and the candidates should be of the highest calaber and qualifications. I also think they should have a manditory set amount of time they have to serve in another office such as sennitor or govenor for at least 5 years.
This is all it takes to qualify to be presedent of the U.S.A. (The most important job in the world)

This is generally interpreted to mean that a person can be president if they have been an American citizen since birth, their parents were both American citizens at the time of the person's birth, and the person has lived in the United States for fourteen years (this last point is debatable). Although there is a lot of heated discussion over this (because of the 14th Amendment), generally these are the rules adopted within US presidential elections. The same requirements apply to the Vice President.
2) You must be 35 years of age or older to be eligible for the Presidency.
3) You must be part of either the Republican or Democratic party, and have enough support from either for them to nominate you as a candidate.
Tell me your opinion and please don't say, "That is not how our system works. " I know this. I am asking if people think those requirements need to change so that we have better choices then then dim wits like Bush (A "C" student, or mouth pieces like Obama community organizer and harvard lawyer wo smoked pot and did coke and has very few years of he served in the sennate with no accomplishments to speak of other then a good speaker and community leader. Every job has a job discription. That job can have training and preperation to enter it. Such as medical, airplane mech., accountant. I would not want a surgoen to come in and learn everything about surgery on me. When you hire a laywer, or doctor, or babysitter, don't you wat someone with experience? The more the better right??? Why the hell would someone look at the job of presidancy diffrently? Don't we need to raise the bar? An ammendment can be made.

I have two career paths set in mind.
I'd love to be some sort of psychologist (hopefully forensic), and/or a lawyer.
My problem is, I'm not sure which one would be.. better I suppose?
I was thinking about getting a degree in both Psychology and Law, that way if one fell through, I would have the other...
I'm not sure how I would go about this though, any ideas?

Along with my high school diploma, I received my Associates Degree at a community college. I live in California and I want to attend a California University (a UC not a CSU) but I don't know what to major in anymore. Here in California, we have a plan called the IGETC plan and it is a list of requirements that we are told to take- it is basically general education requirements that consist of biology, chemistry, dance, history, etc courses that help you choose your major according to what class(es) you were interested in the most. The problem is, I took these classes during high school as a 13 year old- a 17 year old and I didn't pay much attention to what I liked the most. Don't get me wrong, I got mostly all A grades on all my classes except four but I never seemed to realize that this was the time to focus on what I like. So, all my life, I have been wanting to be a pediatrician. I am not sure I want to do that anymore.
I am still interested in Biology- medical (to become a doctor)
I am also interested in Business
Fashion
Architect (i think)- designing buildings
Films
and Law (lawyer)

Hello, I will be finishing my Associate of Arts in Criminal Justice pretty soon. I have 6 more classes to go. I have been taking them online through the University of Phoenix. Does anybody know the process it takes to be a lawyer. How much college would I have to complete, types of classes and testing for the bar. Any special college that I have to go to after I complete my AA in Criminal Justice?

You want to become a firefighter, lawyer, doctor, or your kid wants to get into a good college. You study your butt off, go through the materials, and do various things to prepare for the test. You take the test and you have a high score that would practically guarantee acceptance. However, you find out that someone who scored lower would get the spot because that person was of an different race.

I'm 15, and lately I've really been thinking about what I might want to be when I get older. Okay so im in ninth grade and next year i will have to pick subjects depending on the type of career i want.

I have been searching but have been unable to find much in the way of detailed requirements for Law School, and future education. I have found a local College that offers an Associates in Applied Sciences for Paralegals. I know you need a bachelors for Law School admission, but is Applied Sciences acceptable? If not, can it be used to gain the appropriate BA degree (In Government, Politics, Humanities, or whatever is required)?

I understand that position and the requirements very well, but I don't understand the process for becoming an Army Lawyer. I know that to become one you have to have a degree in law (which I plan on getting) but I don't understand this: because I am poor (so poor it's not even poor...super poor describes it pretty well) would the army pay for my college with the premise that I would join for at least 4-10 yrs?

Still, agitation mounts that Obama may be unqualified to be president because he does not meet the Constitutional requirement that he is a�?natural born citizen.a�? According to some analysts, if born abroad, Obama does not even meet U.S. citizenship standards, because his father was a Kenyan citizen and his mother was not old enough to qualify him.
Obama could presumably resolve the uncertainties about his citizenship by proving the necessary documents. But his critics claim he has evaded the questions posed to him.

I don't understand the deafening silence of VDARE.COM on the question of whether Obama is a natural-born U.S. citizen.
Surely, the fact that the ever-sensible Reverend Manning Marable has seen fit to take up the issue in the video linked here provides prima facie cause to have your site investigate the pleadings in the Leo Donofrio, the Alan Keyes, and the Philip Berg lawsuits all challenging Obamaa��s citizenship.
Where's there's so much smoke, there must be a good chance that a fire is about to break out. Here's a link to one exposition of the basic issues.
In another lawsuit, one of the most sharply focused, the plaintiffs, including Alan Keyes who was on the California ballot as Presidential candidate for the American Independence Party and who in 2004 ran against Obama as Republican Party candidate for the Illinois US Senate, ask that the California Secretary of State and Democratic electors certify that Obama does in fact meet the constitutional qualification for eligibility.
More is at stake than a mere legal technicalitya��although, to be fair, any ordinary person reading the pleadings in the Berg or Donofrio case will throw up his hands at what appears to be legalistic double-talk.
But in making almost any case every lawyer customarily argues "in the alternative." For example, "I contend that Obama was not born in the U.S. but, even if he was, he is not a 'natural born citizen.'" What some might call a "technicality" seems to Berg, Keyes et al to be a fundamental question of Constitutional legitimacy.
The courts, however, and the Supreme Court in particular, may refuse to deal with the problem. The Electoral College, too, may wash its hands of the issue. Congress may be indifferent as to whether or not the incoming President is a usurper. The people may remain in their stupor. The Mainstream Media may pretend that the Messiah has come by a miracle outside the Constitution.
But if Obama takes the oath of office under fraudulent circumstances, the Constitution will be dead.
From the moment Obama places his hand on the Bible held before him by the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court, he will know that his will to usurp the presidency has become a law unto itself, higher even than the Constitution.
Obama is a Harvard Law graduate. He is well aware that his life story reads like a well-crafted hypothetical problem on a Constitutional Law exam. Obama knows that the Constitutional meaning of the phrase "natural born citizen" has never been raised, much less resolved, in a court of law.
He must be counting now on the obvious damage to the established order that would follow any assertion, from the Supreme Court or the Electoral College that he is a Constitutional impostor.
Altogether apart from legitimate fears of civil disorder should Obamaa��s eligibility be questioned, the issue of natural born citizenship is a matter of the deepest significance. Obama's campaign has always presented (albeit until now implicitly) a revolutionary challenge. From the beginning, Obama has presented himself, not as an American patriot but more as a citizen of the world. He now represents the Third World immigrant invasion in the most literal sense.
The symbolism of the coming Obama presidency goes to the heart of what is means to be an American citizen.
The Constitution implies that a distinction must be made between ordinary "citizens" who are not eligible for the Presidency and those "natural born" citizens who are.

BUT...I know about the lawsuit that is pending about Obama's birth certificate, what I don't get is why it would be sealed. Why doesn't Obama just once and for all show it to either shut people up or to prove them right? I realize it is to see if he is truly an American citizen, that I get, but I don't get why there is hesitation by Obama to either prove people right or wrong.

Joe Sandler was the CAIR lawyer who sent a letter to the Young America's Foundation in August 2007, threatening them with legal action if they let me speak to their national student conference. (You can see the letter here.) I spoke anyway (YAF's Jason Mattera said, "CAIR can go to hell and take their seventy-two virgins with them"), and the threatened lawsuit did not materialize (at least as of this writing, over a year later).
But now here again Obama allies himself with someone who has but scant regard for the freedom of speech. Will he, as President, sacrifice that freedom in an attempt to build the bridges with the Islamic world that he has boasted of being able to build? Here is a full discussion of that possibility.
I hope that Barack Obama, when he becomes President, will become a staunch defender of the First Amendment against attempts by the Muslim Brotherhood and the Organization of the Islamic Conference to limit it or destroy it altogether. But his hiring of Joseph Sandler is not at all reassuring.

I live in Phoenix, AZ
I have been employed by my employer, a family owned business, a closely held C corporation for 26 years which I, am the only son that has stuck with and helped build it to make it what it is today. My life has been based on making this corporation successful as well as prosperous. It has been well promised, unconditionally, repeatedly over the years which she does not dispute, that I would assume controlling shares at her retire. But now believes my attitude has made the promise "Null & Void."
During her semi retirement and over the last 5 years, I have been given shares of the corporate stock each year, finally totaling 24% of the total stock. Once she semi retired, the corporation became very successful with a value of the corporation at approximately 10 million. Now, the major stockholder, has all of a sudden changed her mind, stripped me of title and function in the corporation, gave my office to her friend the book keeper, dropped my pay from 450k to 86k annually and is no longer giving me any portion of the proceeeds from the corporate quarterly profits. I expect she will also soon completely terminate my employ for no real business complaint but for personal reasons.
She now wants to buy my shares back at pennies on the dollar and give the corportion to her other son which has had NO involvment of the corporation.
My theory seems to meet all the requirements resquired of promissory estoppel and from being estopped. However, since my pay has been reduced so drastically, I doubt I can ever hire a lawyer.

I know I don't have to go to law school, and I know I have to take the Bar exam. Also, I know I have to work for a law firm for a certain ammount of time, but i don't know all the details. Do I need a Bachelor's Degree in Pre-Law or another field? How long do i have to work at the law firm before taking the Bar exam? Can I attend school to get my Bachelor's Degree and work at a law firm at the same time? Is there anything else you can add to help me understand the requirements? Thanks.

I'm a sophomore in high school and I have a 98 average. Right now I'm trying to figure out what I want to do with my life. I'm trying to narrow down the careers I want and right now, and the careers I'm most interested in are Anesthesiologist, Criminal Lawyer, and Obstetrician and Gynecologists.
I'm interested in becoming a criminal lawyer, but I'm worried if there is a height requirement to becoming one. I'm not very tall, and I'm also not very short.

57 of them just approved Capp Sustein as the Regulatory czar. Yes I know they aren't really czars. They are "Special Advisers".
Let's look at that those 57 Senators didn't have a problem with.
Capp has said he thinks animals should be represented by a human lawyer in court. GAWD forbid the steer I'm raising to eat doesn't want to die and takes me to court.
Capp thinks it should be a requirement that everyone be an organ donor. I'm an organ donor. But it's by MY choice not some clown in DC's choice.
Capp thinks the 2nd amendment is irrelevant and has no place in today's society. I live ten miles out in the country. If someone breaks in while I'm home does Capp really think they are going to wait for the sheriff to arrive? I don't. That's why I have a Beretta.
Capp thinks we shouldn't eat meat. That isn't that my choice! If we eat something has to die. Now Capp may prefer to rip the head off cabbage to survive. I like something a little more substantial.
And Capp thinks if rats are in my house I shouldn't hurt them or cause them pain if I remove them. If Capp gets in charge will I be brought to trial if I put out traps?

As the "regulatory czar" he has the power to restrict many things that are not obvious.
Because of the interpretations of a regulatory agency one of the most fertile areas in California now only produces 10% of what it could. Why? Because of the drought there's a 3 in bait fish that has become endangered. So what does government do? Divert the water needed to grow crops that feed people to save minnows. Does htat really sound smart?
How much does that minnow help the economy of California? But growing those crops feeds people, produces jobs, and brings in taxes.
Which would you rather have lower cost food or a bait fish?

Since in live in the US, it's more difficult for me to work primarily in Europe, but I was wondering - if someone were to become an International Lawyer, they would have to have a home somewhere, right? So could someone live in a country without working there? Like, for instance, say I become an international lawyer. I'd be travelling all the time, so I'm wondering if it would be possible for me to apply for citizenship in France/England/Germany/Spain, because I think one of the requirements is that you do not travel within a specific time period, and I obviously wouldn't be able to do that...would someone be able to purchase a home there without having citizenship, or is there some way for be to become a citizen without having that no-travel requirement?

Should the requierments to become president be more then they are? Should that change? i think a presidental candidate should be required to have served in the U.S. military, have a degree in economics and foriegn affairs. As well a masters in political science. I think it should be a hard job to get and the candidates should be of the highest calaber and qualifications. I also think they should have a manditory set amount of time they have to serve in another office such as sennitor or govenor for at least 5 years.

This is generally interpreted to mean that a person can be president if they have been an American citizen since birth, their parents were both American citizens at the time of the person's birth, and the person has lived in the United States for fourteen years (this last point is debatable). Although there is a lot of heated discussion over this (because of the 14th Amendment), generally these are the rules adopted within US presidential elections. The same requirements apply to the Vice President.
2) You must be 35 years of age or older to be eligible for the Presidency.
3) You must be part of either the Republican or Democratic party, and have enough support from either for them to nominate you as a candidate.
Tell me your opinion and please don't say, "That is not how our system works. " I know this. I am asking if people think those requirements need to change so that we have better choices then then dim wits like Bush (A "C" student, or mouth pieces like Obama community organizer and harvard lawyer wo smoked pot and did coke and has very few years of he served in the sennate with no accomplishments to speak of other then a good speaker and community leader. Every job has a job discription. That job can have training and preperation to enter it. Such as medical, airplane mech., accountant. I would not want a surgoen to come in and learn everything about surgery on me. When you hire a laywer, or doctor, or babysitter, don't you wat someone with experience? The more the better right??? Why the hell would someone look at the job of presidancy diffrently? Don't we need to raise the bar? An ammendment can be made.

I have two career paths set in mind.
I'd love to be some sort of psychologist (hopefully forensic), and/or a lawyer.
My problem is, I'm not sure which one would be.. better I suppose?
I was thinking about getting a degree in both Psychology and Law, that way if one fell through, I would have the other...

Here in California, we have a plan called the IGETC plan and it is a list of requirements that we are told to take- it is basically general education requirements that consist of biology, chemistry, dance, history, etc courses that help you choose your major according to what class(es) you were interested in the most. The problem is, I took these classes during high school as a 13 year old- a 17 year old and I didn't pay much attention to what I liked the most. Don't get me wrong, I got mostly all A grades on all my classes except four but I never seemed to realize that this was the time to focus on what I like. So, all my life, I have been wanting to be a pediatrician. I am not sure I want to do that anymore.

Hello, I will be finishing my Associate of Arts in Criminal Justice pretty soon. I have 6 more classes to go. I have been taking them online through the University of Phoenix. Does anybody know the process it takes to be a lawyer. How much college would I have to complete, types of classes and testing for the bar. Any special college that I have to go to after I complete my AA in Criminal Justice?

i really like criminal psych-- studying the minds of criminals. but not really forensic psych, because im bad at science. furthermore, since my BS is in criminal justice- i can't really apply for a master's in a psych related field, bc ive seen the requirements & i basically need BS in psych.
so, i was thinking maybe applying for a masters in sociology? ive heard you can research criminals/the criminal mind with that? but im not sure... anything else i could do with a masters in sociology?
i was also considering getting my paralegal certificate after i graduate, & trying to get a job doing that. i dont need to make lots of $, but obv. nothing too low to where i couldnt support myself. i could see myself researching cases, interviewing people, etc... but everytime i say i am interested in being a paralegal, people kinda give me an odd look, like "why in the hell would you want to do that..."
any other suggestions of what i could pursue as a master's?

You want to become a firefighter, lawyer, doctor, or your kid wants to get into a good college. You study your butt off, go through the materials, and do various things to prepare for the test. You take the test and you have a high score that would practically guarantee acceptance. I'm 15, and lately I've really been thinking about what I might want to be when I get older. Okay so im in ninth grade and next year i will have to pick subjects depending on the type of career i want.

I have been searching but have been unable to find much in the way of detailed requirements for Law School, and future education. I have found a local College that offers an Associates in Applied Sciences for Paralegals. I know you need a bachelors for Law School admission, but is Applied Sciences acceptable? If not, can it be used to gain the appropriate BA degree (In Government, Politics, Humanities, or whatever is required)?

I understand that position and the requirements very well, but I don't understand the process for becoming an Army Lawyer. I know that to become one you have to have a degree in law (which I plan on getting) but I don't understand this: because I am poor (so poor it's not even poor...super poor describes it pretty well) would the army pay for my college with the premise that I would join for at least 4-10 yrs?

Some skeptics claim that Obama is rushing his appointments to establish himself as de facto president and to render any challenges to the legitimacy of his presidency as after the fact. Still, agitation mounts that Obama may be unqualified to be president because he does not meet the Constitutional requirement that he is a�?natural born citizen.a�? Obamaa��s parental grandmother has been quoted as saying she was present in the delivery room during his birtha��in Kenya. Obama claims to have been born in Hawaii.
According to some analysts, if born abroad, Obama does not even meet U.S. citizenship standards, because his father was a Kenyan citizen and his mother was not old enough to qualify him.
Obama could presumably resolve the uncertainties about his citizenship by proving the necessary documents. But his critics claim he has evaded the questions posed to him.

I don't understand the deafening silence of VDARE.COM on the question of whether Obama is a natural-born U.S. citizen.
Surely, the fact that the ever-sensible Reverend Manning Marable has seen fit to take up the issue in the video linked here provides prima facie cause to have your site investigate the pleadings in the Leo Donofrio, the Alan Keyes, and the Philip Berg lawsuits all challenging Obamaa��s citizenship.
Where's there's so much smoke, there must be a good chance that a fire is about to break out. Here's a link to one exposition of the basic issues.
In another lawsuit, one of the most sharply focused, the plaintiffs, including Alan Keyes who was on the California ballot as Presidential candidate for the American Independence Party and who in 2004 ran against Obama as Republican Party candidate for the Illinois US Senate, ask that the California Secretary of State and Democratic electors certify that Obama does in fact meet the constitutional qualification for eligibility.
More is at stake than a mere legal technicalitya��although, to be fair, any ordinary person reading the pleadings in the Berg or Donofrio case will throw up his hands at what appears to be legalistic double-talk.
But in making almost any case every lawyer customarily argues "in the alternative." For example, "I contend that Obama was not born in the U.S. but, even if he was, he is not a 'natural born citizen.'" What some might call a "technicality" seems to Berg, Keyes et al to be a fundamental question of Constitutional legitimacy.
The courts, however, and the Supreme Court in particular, may refuse to deal with the problem. The Electoral College, too, may wash its hands of the issue. Congress may be indifferent as to whether or not the incoming President is a usurper. The people may remain in their stupor. The Mainstream Media may pretend that the Messiah has come by a miracle outside the Constitution.
But if Obama takes the oath of office under fraudulent circumstances, the Constitution will be dead.
From the moment Obama places his hand on the Bible held before him by the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court, he will know that his will to usurp the presidency has become a law unto itself, higher even than the Constitution.
Obama is a Harvard Law graduate. He is well aware that his life story reads like a well-crafted hypothetical problem on a Constitutional Law exam. Obama knows that the Constitutional meaning of the phrase "natural born citizen" has never been raised, much less resolved, in a court of law.
He must be counting now on the obvious damage to the established order that would follow any assertion, from the Supreme Court or the Electoral College that he is a Constitutional impostor.
Altogether apart from legitimate fears of civil disorder should Obamaa��s eligibility be questioned, the issue of natural born citizenship is a matter of the deepest significance. Obama's campaign has always presented (albeit until now implicitly) a revolutionary challenge. From the beginning, Obama has presented himself, not as an American patriot but more as a citizen of the world. He now represents the Third World immigrant invasion in the most literal sense.
The symbolism of the coming Obama presidency goes to the heart of what is means to be an American citizen.
The Constitution implies that a distinction must be made between ordinary "citizens" who are not eligible for the Presidency and those "natural born" citizens who are.

BUT...I know about the lawsuit that is pending about Obama's birth certificate, what I don't get is why it would be sealed. Why doesn't Obama just once and for all show it to either shut people up or to prove them right? Joe Sandler was the CAIR lawyer who sent a letter to the Young America's Foundation in August 2007, threatening them with legal action if they let me speak to their national student conference. I have been employed by my employer, a family owned business, a closely held C corporation for 26 years which I, am the only son that has stuck with and helped build it to make it what it is today. My life has been based on making this corporation successful as well as prosperous. It has been well promised, unconditionally, repeatedly over the years which she does not dispute, that I would assume controlling shares at her retire. But now believes my attitude has made the promise "Null & Void."
During her semi retirement and over the last 5 years, I have been given shares of the corporate stock each year, finally totaling 24% of the total stock. Once she semi retired, the corporation became very successful with a value of the corporation at approximately 10 million. Now, the major stockholder, has all of a sudden changed her mind, stripped me of title and function in the corporation, gave my office to her friend the book keeper, dropped my pay from 450k to 86k annually and is no longer giving me any portion of the proceeeds from the corporate quarterly profits. I expect she will also soon completely terminate my employ for no real business complaint but for personal reasons.
She now wants to buy my shares back at pennies on the dollar and give the corportion to her other son which has had NO involvment of the corporation.
My theory seems to meet all the requirements resquired of promissory estoppel and from being estopped. However, since my pay has been reduced so drastically, I doubt I can ever hire a lawyer.

Every individual has a destiny and I know my destiny will lead me to become a successful clothing designer. Since childhood, I have been inspired by art. While I have never had any training in art, as a child I expressed a natural talent in drawing. At the age of four, I began drawing Japanese animation and painting landscape art. My family noticed my natural talent in art and began to support and nurture my growth. I remember watching fashion runway show on television for a full three hours. I was so inspired by the beautifully crafted fashions, that I grabbed a pad of paper and started sketching on the spot! Since watching my first fashion runaway, I began to create and synthesize clothing that is inspired by the natural and manmade environments. I produced an abundance of sketches and realized that I can make a career with the use of my sketches. One of my seventh grade teacher noticed a particular drawing and she recommended that I go to the Pratt Institute. I researched information about this school and was instantly amazed by the classes in fashion design offered to undergraduates. When I began attending the High School for Arts & Business, I finally took my first art class. I had wonderful art teachers, Mr. Serra and Mr. Fee , who taught printmaking, drawing, commercial arts, painting and photography. I showed them my latest drawings from eighth grade, and they were astonished by my creativity. They were surprised that I could draw since I had never taken an art class before. My teachers taught me many techniques to improve my drawing skills in creating garments for fashion design. I have taken many other classes that have expanded my interest in the art of fashion design such as Advance Placement Art History and Portfolio and Photography.
My art teacher Mr. Serra, a Pratt Institute graduate in 1970, has persuade me as well to go to Pratt Institute because he says this school has the education I need for fashion design and I will be an excellent and influential student for Pratt.
The history of fashion and culture have inspired my interest to create designs that combine the past and present. My fashion designs are diverse palette of styles in business, punk, urban, preppy and casual attire. Currently my focus and target audience is fashion for teens through their early thirties. As a prospective student at Pratt Institute, I hope to learn new techniques and skills that will enhance my knowledge in seeing what the fashion world is all about. Also I can see myself developing the confidence and the hard work it will take to put together a piece of clothing. The schools high diversity and artistic environment will allow to me grow into a field of creativity and experiences. It is close to my home town so I would not feel homesick and focus better in my academics. If I am granted the opportunity to be accepted to Pratt Institute, I would expand my understanding of different styles and ages to create fashion that is both stylish, comfortable and complimentary to every body type.
Fashion is a never ending cycle and I would love to be a part of it, even if I have to go through a mix of challenges and rejections. I know what I am capable of doing and giving up is not an option. The industry is also very slow right now. I need to find some work that I can do from home ASAP, or where I can set my own hours, as I'd really like to avoid having to go on disability.....it's just not my style!

Now I want to switch roles and become a photographer, or add to my list of interests & professions. I love crystal clear captures, when you can count the eyelashes on someonea��s eyelid or a landscape shot that looks as if you have 3D glasses on. I dona��t want to rely on my Photoshop skills to accomplish clear defined shots. But Ia��m clueless as to what to look for when purchasing a camera (pixels, shutter, etc). I am a sophomore i high school, and next year I will leave the school campus for the second half of every day to go take some engineering classes at Tulsa Technology Center. My Mom wants me to continue with this and become an engineer when I get older. I wouldn't mind being an engineer, but its not what I want to do most. Hi Everyone! I'm a landscape designer, running my own business, living on my own and supporting myself. I've recently become ill and I'm not able to work too much. The industry is also very slow right now. I need to find some work that I can do from home ASAP, or where I can set my own hours, as I'd really like to avoid having to go on disability.....it's just not my style!
Does anyone know of an organization or service that can assist me in finding a legitimate job like this? Part-time or temporary would probably be best, although I'd consider the right full-time job considering my circumstances. I'm not sure how long it will take me to recover.

Ia��m new to the photographera��s side of the scene; however, I have experience as a model and graphic designer. Now I want to switch roles and become a photographer, or add to my list of interests & professions. I love crystal clear captures, when you can count the eyelashes on someonea��s eyelid or a landscape shot that looks as if you have 3D glasses on. I dona��t want to rely on my Photoshop skills to accomplish clear defined shots. But Ia��m clueless as to what to look for when purchasing a camera (pixels, shutter, etc). Ia��m concerned about price but not much. Ia��m looking at it as an investment, where I will get my money back plus some but if I can get a bargain, great. Not interested in film cameras, I think it would take me ages to learn the process, lol. Also considering going to a pawnshop. What do you think? Thanks!!

Hi, i was wondering what do i accuire to become a landscaping contractor/certified and also if anyone knows a great school to be a landscaping designer in san jose ca. My dad does landscaping but is not certified and since he is a minority and can speak much english, I will try to obtain it. So as much feed back will be greatful.
I am a sophomore i high school, and next year I will leave the school campus for the second half of every day to go take some engineering classes at Tulsa Technology Center. My Mom wants me to continue with this and become an engineer when I get older. I wouldn't mind being an engineer, but its not what I want to do most. I really want to become a video game designer ( I want to make models and landscapes, or maybe a level designer). I have looked into it, and I have talked to my Mom about it. She thinks I should keep working and focusing on becoming an engineer because she thinks it would make me happier, and it would be easier for me to get job, etc. I showed her video game designer salaries, but she thinks it would be too hard for me to get a job as a video game designer. If anyone has any advice, information, etc., I would GREATLY appreciate it. Also, does anyone have any advice on what I should do if I do try to become a video game designer?
i'm 18 years old i wanna know what classes i should take to become a Landscape designer and in what to major in?
I have wanted to be a landscape designer for a long time. I had to go to the most affordable school in my state though. This school does not offer Landscape design or anything like that. I asked the school if I would be able to become a landscape designer with major: Agri Business / minor: Horticulture. I do have a work study job with the schools master gardener who also designs the landscapes on campus. I am getting a lot of experience working with her that I can add to what I already know about landscaping. I have also been drawing landscape designs for fun since I was in high school and gardening since I was real little. I have a lot of experience with plants and I know a lot about plants. This is the only school that I can got to so I hope this major and minor will help me. Thanks to all who take the time to read this and answer. I also want to own my own nursery.
i want to go back to school two become a home designer. i want to be able to build and design houses...but i also want to learn how to decorate and landscape. whats the tech. name for these careers.

I'm nrly 16(agirl)bout 5'7". I feel the only way I get better/progress at sumfin is whn I comit 2 ana. I didn't eat frm 2am tues till 8pm yserday(Thurs) I thought I could've gone longer but I was getn dizzy n I didn't wnt mom 2 get suspicious so I had a big dinner w/ her.my friends r nerds mostly cuz I got rejected by evry1else. I hardly have ne girl friends. I feel so stupid cuz I used 2 b as smart as them but I dunno, I got stupid sumhow. I stopd bing smart so mostly I gave up. espec in maths. I have no idea wht I'm gonna do when I get out of school. I used 2 wnt 2 b an architect but it has become clear 2 me that I'm 2 stupid n obviously not creative enough so I'll prob end up running off 2 sumfin like landscape designer or florist(atleast I'd enjoy being stupid then)my dad's gf is a self rightious bitch who insults me infront of my dad 2 get bck @ him in a fight thn nxt min. they're lovey dovey. I feel depresd alot n I think I'm fat alwys.
also I would like to say in response to some of the answers I have already read: firstly I do txt a lot but the shorthand was because I was going to run over the character limit otherwise, 2nd I probably weight bout 110 (lb) so realistically on the rare occasion that I am sane I know I'm not as much of a whale as I think I am, 3rd I was reading this article today and I think I might have a relatively mild form of bi-polar disease/syndrome.

It seems like going the landscape designer route would be less risky than entering the retail world, but I have to say I am drawn to the garden center business. Any ideas, advice? I would like to add that I feel fairly confident as far as gardening is concerned. I am planning on taking classes on landscape design.
or designer...i was wondering if there's anyone out there with that profession, and if so, tell me everything you can about it. what's the first step to getting there? how much schooling? in a college a special school just for that? do you enjoy it? is it satisfying? do you make a lot of money? get good business? is it stressfull? how long did it take you to become successfull? and any othher info you might have. thanks in advance.
